"Tooth Paste?"

...And Our Drinking Water. Together?

Quick update here just because of the ongoing conversation im hearing about fluoride in our drinkin' water. I'll proceed that statement by preceding and stating that most, if not all arguments state that the fluoride helps keep teeth clean and those are just all the positive arguments of just as may negative ones. Still interesting, albeit, out the scope of where i'd like to focus my direction and/or context.

I say all that to say this. Brush your teeth. All I can say is that if you do not have any access or a way to scrub your jaws...lol...and the only way for any kind of cleans, would be to rinse your mouth out fluoride ridden water, then you might could have a point, Im not sure. But again, in case you have not been warned, there is fluoride in toothpaste, just dont drink it, or, do as you pl'se, im not here to tell you what to do. Injoy.

Do INI need it everyday? Im talking about brushing with "toothpaste". Im not talking about the act of brushing itself, yes brushing should be done at least at a minimum once daily, if not after every meal, along with flossin'. But is toothpaste necessary on on every occasion?

First of all, the name though. "Tooth Paste". what is it? a paste? do "pastes" clean? I would much rather trust a name like "Tooth Cleanser" for example, etc etc...

I also feel like toothpaste is like shampoo, should not be used or applied daily but once in a while. I think water and a gentle brush daily is sufficient, and every few days a likkle toothpaste on the tip of the brushhhhh, lol, during the brushing process should be sufficient.
