Food Allergens.
So...here we go, I know plse dont check me its been a minute, INI got things to do outchea...its da Holly dayz brah brah, so continue minding my business, plse n' thank you.
Anyway my dude, the purpose of this blog, irregardless of the title, is more about the journey and the things you learn along the way, to the final destination. As mentioned in todays "story" most, if not all things learned along the way equip you to be prepared to fully enjoy the finally destination...I can get into a whole bunch of analogies here but im not going 2.
Anyway again, back to the title "food allergens" and how I came to this new found epiphany...
...I had bought this spice and one of the ingredients was and is "sulfites". What exactly are they/is it? The internet is your friend. As it turns out, it's a food allergen...not the point the though, the point for me, and for the purpose of this discussion is, what is a food allergen? Normally before I run to the dictionary or internet for a quick definition I try hypothesis or think about what I think the definition or term might mean and if it make full sense to me after my own inferences I normally look for bodies of work that support that because it makes full on sense to me. Now that being said if something is contrary to what I believe to be tru it raise a red flag, that does not mean i ignore or brush it off on the contrary i delve into further with the utmost sobriety, a clear mind and attempt to observe and analyze all possible angles with regards to the matter. Every time. Facts are facts and will never be denied, or they have be denied but still does not change the fact of what they are. Anyway seemingly digress...If I'm wrong the truth still stands with or without me. Boom boom.
Again, so on this journey, realizing anything can be a food allergen to all 8 billion ppl on the planet...and as its turn out the term food allergen normally refers to the 9 most common, ahhhh now it makes sense, 'cause some could be allergic to tomatoes even their own mother's breast milk which would not be as common as a gluten allergy...etcetera...etcetera. (gluttony, one of the 7 deadly sins hmm) I digress.

Another word I now like is "spectrum"...lol...jus the sound of it alone...once again for this discussion, as an example someone may be allergic to eggs, but I believe there is a spectrum (disclaimer here: I'm not a doctor, nor am I giving advice, plse consult your medical practitioner for that). So, some ppl may be severely allergic to eggs, which is quite common, and others, mildly allergic, I'm sure even more common...I think you get the point...to look up the word "spectrum"...Hehe.
To go into a bit further, I guess ill make this statement in the form of a question. If someone has a nut allergy does that require total abstinence from nuts, or is there a certain amount where if ingested there would not be any adverse reactions...? "Spectrum level?". Is that a new term I've coined?
What is your spectrum level with regards to nut allergies for example, how much before you have an adverse reaction?...Boom boom...
$tay solid. Word. Jah.
