Season's Greetings




So...Here's the deal, I know I preach a lot about eating healthy but its like, to me that statement is a likkle redundant right? lemme give y'all an example, if I say "you need to breath clean air" does that need to be explained, let alone, you needing verification for that the statement to justified? Common knowledge...maybe. Then again some people will justify smoking at the expense of clean air because it relieves stress. I'm guessing the argument there would be..."its not worth having clean air when I'm stressed" Just my guess, while in search for logic. Anywho...moving forward...boom boom...

Like I was saying...SomeOne I follow on various social sites said...and I am paraphrasing, that 'its not so much what you eat during the Holy Dayz, but what U consume throughout the year that will determine your physical condition. In other words most people get hung up on the fact that they ate "to much" over the Holy Dayz...



Ok now, my thing is this. We are all adults, speaking to adults, eat what you want and don't look back..."run". If as an adult, you know you are going to regret, don't indulge. I know, I know, some of us have eating disorders, and I apologize if this comes off offensive...not my intention.



All Im trying to say I guess is this. We are 'spossed to be Happy not just during festive season's like this one approaching, but all yea 'round...so eat and be Marry, that does not mean become gluttonous...just know that if you indulge, it should not be the end of the world. Just the year...haha.



So rounding into the new year you might gain some weight...ok not bad...its winter anyway supposed ta gain a few extra pounds, animals do it...its natural an extra layer to protek against the elements. Elite Athletes, during the season trim down or bulk up as needed...nothing is wrong nothing is static....Word Up and I'm Out...
